We provide two distinct services:

• we get products made for you, to your own design and specification
• we find the best qualified existing products to suit your requirements.

Penvor gives customers the advantage of direct access to carefully selected companies in mainland China, across a wide range of product groups. We only use manufacturers whom we personally know and have visited and vetted. We regularly inspect the factories we use, and spend a great deal of time visiting new ones. Almost all the companies we use are ISO 9001-2000 certified, and an increasing number are ISO 14000.

Through Penvor, over 15 years of experience in the Chinese market is made available. It is this long collective experience that will ensure that pitfalls and mistakes are avoided, and that the whole process is productive and enjoyable.

Our Chinese base is in Shenzhen, which is perfectly located in the heart of industrial China for easy access to a great range of manufacturers. This enables us to have routine, and often daily, personal contact with our manufacturers, without wasting time travelling around this vast country. However, we never restrict our efforts to find the best manufacturers. We can handle business in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and can get by in a number of other languages.

Penvor will identify a small group of the most qualified companies to suit your needs. We will then organise contact, including the provision of samples, prototypes or detailed information, and will assist in any contractual or financial negotiations. We will arrange visits when necessary, and the customer will be escorted by an English-speaking Penvor senior associate.

Before the products leave the Chinese factories, we will carry out the QA testing that has been stipulated by the customer. We can arrange all logistics, shipping, insurance, and, in some cases, finance, to eliminate the risk and hassle that can occur when importing from China.

Penvor is established to provide risk-free supply of Chinese products, to the exact specification required, at the best possible price. This is a bespoke service where we remain close enough to the customer to get exactly what you want, always with individual attention, but big enough to get the best prices and service.

We do not operate as an import agency, with a pre-determined product range. We find what you want. We never select products or manufacturers from an internet sourcing directory.
